The details and images of products listed on the Platform are provided by the merchants. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for any discrepancies or variations between the displayed images/descriptions and the actual products.

Cancellation by Zshop

Zshop reserves the right to cancel any order due to factors such as product unavailability, out-of-coverage areas, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests by customers are subject to approval by Zshop. Customers must contact customer support to initiate a cancellation request. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are changes to the delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and authorizations.

Payment
